Remote Afterhours Behavioral Health EAP Counselor I

Elevance Health is seeking an Afterhours Behavioral Health/EAP Consultant I to provide 24/7 behavioral health and employee assistance services for up to approximately 10 million lives. This remote role supports virtual work with occasional in-person training and requires availability for the specified evening/overnight shifts.

Primary duties include responding to requests for services, crisis support, referrals, managing incident debriefings, and helping members access benefits.
