Alignerr seeks Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated software. You will write solutions, review outputs, and explain engineering decisions clearly. The work involves programming languages, algorithms, software design, and systematic debugging across varied problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks
  • Evaluate AI code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
  • Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide structured feedback explaining technical reasoning
  • Design coding prompts and edge cases for AI testing

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Clear, precise code reading and writing abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
