Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on their own schedules. You will assess conversational exchanges, compare media pairs, and explain specific issues in writing. The work supports evaluation and feedback for advanced AI systems while offering access to GPT, Claude, and other leading LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
• Compare generated image and video pairs
• Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
• Rate adherence, quality, realism, naturalness, and clarity
• Write evidence-based explanations of observed issues

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking and writing ability
• Strong attention to detail and patience
• Comfort discussing realistic situations conversationally
• Experience writing short evidence-based explanations or reviews
