Remote AI Software Engineer (IT Ops Platform)

BigPanda’s Biggy Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered capabilities across the Biggy platform. You will own meaningful features end to end—from understanding the customer problem to launch and iteration—while collaborating with customers, product, and other engineers.

You will work with LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise integrations, contributing to a high-velocity, outcome-focused environment.
