Remote AI Solutions Architect — Founding Customer Engineer

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing engineer for our Kimchi product within the Customer Success organization. You will lead hands-on demos, set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments, and help teams configure worktrees, integrations, and skills so agents follow conventions.

You will design governance policies, optimize routing and spending, and work with customers to unlock growth opportunities while ensuring governance and spend visibility.
