M-KOPA is hiring its first AIOps Lead to design and ship production-grade automations and AI agents across the business. You will lead the AI Ops team from day one, owning delivery, growth, and value realization, and work with Claude, Claude Code, LangChain and other tools to empower internal teams and customer-facing products.
