Remote Amazon Connect & Cloud Architect

Accenture is seeking a technically skilled professional to advance our AWS-driven contact center solutions. You will work remotely, independently becoming a subject matter expert and actively contributing in team discussions to deliver effective, scalable architectures using Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda.

You will define requirements, enhance user interfaces, and analyze impact on system architecture while participating in design reviews and QA activities to ensure architectural alignment.
