Remote Analytics & Reporting Manager

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Analysis and Reporting Manager for maternity cover. The role focuses on people leadership, capability development and delivering a high-quality, responsive analytics service.

You will manage the team, translate priorities into actionable plans, balance workload and drive improvements. The post holder will work across the Trust with Analytics teams and operational colleagues to deliver reliable insights.
