This role reports to the Manager, Applications and Development Support and involves responding to incidents, managing ticket queues, and assisting with deployments and releases.

You will work on a 100% remote schedule within Fidelity Canada’s dynamic working arrangement, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including offshore support.
