Remote B2B Collections Specialist - Payments

Global Payments is seeking a Collections Agent (B2B) for a remote role within the Finance Shared Services team. You will contact customers to resolve past-due accounts, monitor balances, and provide billing support, all while delivering timely resolutions and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, B2B experience, and proficiency with Salesforce, billing/collections software, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
