Remote BCBA Supervisor - ABA Therapy & Data-Driven Impact

Total Care ABA is hiring a BCBA for a fully remote role serving clients in Arizona. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, conduct client interviews, and prepare individualized treatment reports to support treatment plans.

In this position you will design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, perform quarterly competency assessments, and analyze data using Central Reach to drive improved outcomes for children and families.
