Remote Case Manager Patient Access & Reimbursement

Sanofi Inc. Remote, US seeks a Case Manager to support patients and families through therapy journeys, coordinating with clinicians, insurers, and pharmacies to ensure timely access.

You will conduct benefit investigations, enroll patients in assistance programs, educate families, and document calls with data accuracy. Spanish proficiency is required for Florida and Puerto Rico; travel up to 10% may be required.
