Remote Collections Specialist

Canada Cartage is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio, contact customers for past due balances, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Billing and Operations to resolve issues and optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of collection experience, a college diploma and/or CIC certification, and strong Excel skills. Remote work options and reconciliation expertise are valued assets.
