Whizz is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our remote team and support growth in the US. This role focuses on monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with laws.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve disputes and report on collection activities. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in collections, fluent English (C1) and possibly Spanish.
