Remote Commercial & Technology Associate

Lewis Silkin in the UK is seeking an Associate to join our Commercial & Technology team. Based in Belfast or working remotely, you will handle commercial and technology transactions, advise on due diligence, and draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements.

You will collaborate with our cross‑practice groups and support clients from startups to global brands, applying innovative thinking, AI tools, and a practical, client‑focused approach to deliver high‑quality legal services.
