Cambridge Spark is seeking an independent consultant to design, cost-model, build and document an updated sales commission framework and automated calculation engine for 2027.

The engagement is deliverable-driven with end-to-end ownership; you will lead the technical design, financial modeling, automation build and handover to the client. Remote (UK-based) with an eight-week duration and day-rate engagement.
