Assist World is seeking an experienced Construction Billing & Bookkeeping Specialist to own billing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping support in a 100% remote role. You’ll handle AIA Forms 702/703, progress billing, change orders, and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.

This part-time position starts at 20 hours/week with potential to grow to full-time as the business expands. Strong communication and independence in a remote setup are essential.
