Eaton's ES AMER MCO division seeks a remote Business Process Analyst. Location must be within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA, Beachwood, OH, Waukesha, WI, or Arden, NC. The role focuses on hands-on process improvement across sites supporting the Construction Digitalization initiative.

You will lead design and implementation of standardized digital workflows, manage projects, and drive change through data-driven insights and strong collaboration with IT, stakeholders, and remote teams.
