Remote Credit Card Client Advisor

CIBC in Halifax seeks a Contact Centre Specialist II, Cards to be the first point of contact for clients with questions about their credit cards. You will handle inbound calls and refer to the right teams to resolve issues while delivering trusted guidance.

You will build strong client relationships, demonstrate empathy and problem solving, and work with internal departments to offer banking options that support customers’ financial goals. This role supports remote work with on-site as needed.
