Remote Customer Solution Architect – EMEA

Tyk is a globally distributed API management company seeking a Customer Solution Architect. You’ll be the technical owner of customer success post-sale, guiding onboarding, deployment, and long-term value realization for the platform.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, engineering teams, and product groups to ensure successful adoption, effective architecture, and scalable outcomes in a fast-moving, flexible environment that values ownership and initiative.
