Remote Data Center Projects Lead

clubshop us seeks a seasoned Datacenter Operations Manager to own client relationships and end-to-end ITSM-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will manage tickets, onboard clients, and coordinate multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.

You will guide junior technicians, optimize processes, and ensure budgets and change orders are tracked. Strong communication and hands-on hardware experience are essential.
