Remote Data Science Manager — Lead Impactful ML & Analytics

Monzo is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of Data Scientists and Data professionals. You will set the direction for your area, partner with Product and Engineering, and translate complex analyses into practical actions that drive customer and business outcomes.

You will leverage experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling and ML to shape product strategy, while building credibility with senior leaders and guiding teams across the data ecosystem.
