Remote Debt Collections Specialist - Bilingual Bonus Eligible

SWC Group is seeking a Debt Collections Specialist to work remotely from Texas (outside the DFW area). The role requires 3+ years in debt collections, a HS diploma, and US work authorization.

You will communicate with delinquent customers, negotiate repayments, and ensure compliance with laws while using multiple systems. Position includes a base of $15/hr, an additional $1/hr bilingual differential after testing, and a monthly bonus tied to performance, plus benefits and paid training.
