Remote Developer Success Engineer

Prefect is hiring a Developer Success Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues across Prefect and Dagster platforms. You will own cases end-to-end, build supporting docs and tooling, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

You’ll work in a remote-first team, collaborating with engineers to reduce repeat issues while growing expertise in orchestration and data platforms. Strong communication is essential for customer interactions.
