Remote in Canada, this DevOps Software Engineer role focuses on cloud deployment, CI/CD, and continuous software operation. Work EST or PST hours within an East Coast schedule.

This developer supports, documents, and maintains software products while improving deployment and maintenance processes. The position requires software engineering and DevOps experience, including full-stack models, services, cloud infrastructure, and technical documentation. You will work with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain secure, bug-free, and compliant software products
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and apply software fixes
  • Document end-to-end system architecture for team sharing
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform patching, security updates, and performance tuning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • Five-plus years of software development experience
  • Experience with full-stack models, services, and cloud deployment
  • Proficiency with GCP or AWS and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Jenkins or BuildKite, Docker, Terraform, Linux, and Git
