Advocate Health is seeking a registered dietitian for a remote MNT/weight management role at the Southpark Diabetes Clinic. You will assess nutritional status, provide counseling, and coordinate care with the medical team.

The position requires RD credentials and state licensing; Master’s degree is preferred for RD after 2024; sign-on bonus eligibility; 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8 am–5 pm, remote in select states.
