Overview

In this Openlink Endur consultant role you help deliver high-impact E/CTRM programmes for energy markets, including upgrades, cloud migrations, and greenfield implementations. You will work within a core delivery team across Power, Gas and Renewables, balancing hands-on configuration with stakeholder engagement. The role offers exposure to leading European and global clients, flexible remote work, and a structured learning path through the Endur Learning Academy. You will drive practical solutions that align Endur capabilities with business needs, delivering value from design to go-live.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or contribute to Openlink Endur/ETRM implementations, upgrades and enhancements
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements with Front, Middle and Back Office stakeholders
  • Design and configure Endur solutions aligned to commodity trading, risk, logistics, settlements and accounting
  • Support testing phases including UAT, go-live and post-implementation support
  • Serve as a functional SME across one or more commodities
  • Lead client workshops, solution design sessions and training activities
  • Support deliverables of technical consultants through business guidance, testing and result validation (senior level)
Key requirements
  • 2+ years' experience with Openlink Endur or comparable ETRM/CTRM (e.g., Allegro, Aspect, RightAngle, CXL, Entrader, Brady, Orchestrate, Molecule, EOS, Align)
  • Proven experience in Power, Gas and/or Renewables markets
  • Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle (capture to risk, settlement, accounting)
  • Solid knowledge of system-driven business processes and how ETRM supports trading operations
  • Experience in client-facing consulting or in-house delivery
  • Numerate degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or similar
