Element Fleet Management in Canada is seeking a Digital Support Engineer to own the enterprise digital support platform strategy, governance, and automation roadmap, guiding architecture and standards across Operations, Commercial, Product, and Technology.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead cross‑functional initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities, and develop governance, KPIs, and documentation to support platform maturity.
