Affirm is seeking a Lead Validator for Finance and Analytics models to join the Model Risk Management (MRM) team in a remote-first capacity. You will oversee end-to-end validation engagements, challenge complex financial and analytical models, and collaborate with Finance, Quantitative Research, and Growth Analytics to strengthen governance.

Required 4–6 years in model validation or related fields, with deep knowledge of corporate finance, ALM, or actuarial forecasting, and strong Python/SQL
