Remote Finance Systems Specialist

Apply ERP expertise to financial system implementations and process optimization in this fully remote Finance Systems Specialist position. Work directly with stakeholders.

Reporting to finance leadership, this specialist supports implementations, enhancements, and optimization across multiple business units. The work combines ERP administration, financial controls, workflow improvement, and user adoption. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications while coordinating finance teams, IT partners, consultants, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementations, enhancements, and post-launch activities
• Manage support requests, priorities, impacts, and resolutions
• Configure workflows, permissions, reports, and functional capabilities
• Improve billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting processes
• Develop documentation, training, and standardized reporting practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on ERP experience
• Financial systems knowledge covering general ledger and accounts payable
• Experience gathering requirements and assessing business impacts
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
