The position combines Accounts Payable support, purchase order management, customer quotations, sales orders, and order fulfillment activities. Inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis are critical requirements for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support Accounts Payable functions and vendor relationships
• Create, process, and manage vendor purchase orders
• Prepare customer quotations and enter sales orders
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Requirements:

• Experience using Sage 100 or similar ERP systems
• Ability to manage inventory and Accounts Payable activities
