Remote GI Care Navigator & Patient Advocate

Oshi Health is seeking a Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients navigating their digestive health journey. You will handle inbound communications across phone, email, chat, and SMS, acting as a liaison between patients and the care team to deliver a compassionate and efficient experience.

The role requires 3+ years in remote patient scheduling or healthcare support, strong terminology, and experience with EMR/EHR and CRM tools like Salesforce or Athena Health.
