Remote HCM & Payroll Solution Architect — Oracle Cloud

Civiteq is seeking an HCM/Payroll Solution Design Architect to lead client-side design for Oracle Cloud ERP programmes, working with SI partners and client teams to define, govern and assure end-to-end solution design.

You’ll ensure the solution meets payroll requirements, aligns with Oracle best practices, and remains scalable post go-live, with strong stakeholder engagement and security design responsibilities.
