Remote Implementation Lead for SaaS Integrations

Olo is seeking an Implementation Manager to join its Customer Experience Team. This fully remote role supports brands across the UK, guiding complex product and platform integrations and ensuring successful outcomes through deep product knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work with Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Product Managers, Support, and Leadership to drive change, identify enhancements, and improve customer experiences across our SaaS platform.
