Remote Integration & Tech Support Lead - Fintech/Payments

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in Canada to lead merchant onboarding, configure integrations, validate APIs, and ensure production readiness in a fintech/crypto environment.

You will work across PSPs, on/off-ramp, and card solutions, troubleshoot issues via Postman and logs, and collaborate with engineering to reproduce bugs, triage incidents, and deliver clear remediation plans while keeping stakeholders informed.
