Remote IT Support & Systems Administrator (Level 2)

Premiere Suites is seeking a Level 2 IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support and administration across our corporate technology environment. The role combines customer service with hands-on systems administration for Windows-based endpoints and business apps.

You will manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions, support Salesforce, Zendesk, SharePoint, and other SaaS platforms, and help maintain security and access controls across the organization.
