Overview
In this role you will design, develop and deploy cloud-based microservices in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll work closely with the full engineering team to improve architecture, automate testing and drive continuous improvement in a paired, collaborative setting. This greenfield project offers the chance to shape a new mobile-enabled product and scale systems in AWS. You’ll contribute to a high-impact product while enjoying a relaxed, open company culture that rewards deep technical thinking.

- Support other business units by investigating problems, querying data, and building tools
- Collaborate in a highly collaborative, paired environment to solve complex problems
- Work with the engineering team to improve architecture and processes
- Prototype new concepts and features, and promote automation
- Contribute to a greenfield project alongside another team building a mobile app
- At least 2 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with Java, Spring, and SpringBoot
- Knowledge of concurrent programming principles and design patterns
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- BSc/BA/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
