Remote L1 Help Desk Technician — Technical Support

Ionic Partners, LLC in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Technical Solutions Representative to provide L1 help desk support for multiple accounts. This 6-month contract offers a 100% remote role and pay between CAD 19 and CAD 21 per hour.

You will handle inquiries via email, chat, web, SST, and phone, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate complex issues. Must have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in technical or customer support.
