NETGEAR is seeking a remote L3 Technical Support Engineer for Enterprise Networking and AV Solutions in Canada. You will be the escalation point for L1/L2 support, resolve complex networking and AV-over-IP issues for enterprise customers, MSPs, and integrators, and support both cloud and on‑premises solutions.

You will interact with Engineering to resolve bugs, contribute to the knowledge base, and stay current on NETGEAR product roadmaps.
