About the Role:

We specialise in identifying and acquiring high-potential companies in the IT services sector, driving value and growth through strategic investments and operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced M&A Director with a strong background in IT services. In this role, you will lead the entire M&A process, from identifying potential targets to integrating acquisitions, joining a well-established team that has seen continued growth. This role is fully remote with the option to go into the office at your discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full M&A life cycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration.
• Perform financial analysis and strategic planning to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in M&A within the IT services sector.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
