Mercor seeks contract Software Developers who can complete and narrate real development tasks on Mac devices. The work supports AI model benchmarking and improvement through coding, debugging, refactoring, and review. Developers use tools including VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and narrate software development tasks on Mac
• Build code supporting advanced AI model benchmarking
• Debug and refactor code for model improvement
• Review code used in AI model evaluation
• Work independently with clearly structured responsibilities

Requirements:

• Own a MacBook with Apple M-series or Intel processor
• Run macOS 15 or higher
• Have programming experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, Java, or Go
• Use VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, and Git
• Pursue or recently complete Master's studies, or hold Bachelor's with relevant experience
