Remote Mendix Application Support Engineer

Siemens Digital Industries Software - Mendix is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our Mendix team. You will act as a critical interface between customers and the Mendix product, ensuring optimal platform usage and satisfaction.

You will resolve issues, perform technical troubleshooting, coordinate with R&D and Product Management, and manage incidents with SLAs. A BS in IS/Engineering/CS and experience with Java, APIs, SQL, and cloud tech are preferred.
