Remote Mortgage Servicing Transactions Lead

LoanCare is seeking a Transaction Management Supervisor to lead a team coordinating inbound and outbound servicing transfers within the mortgage servicing domain. You will supervise staff, manage transfer pipelines, and ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining internal controls and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing/loan transfer, 2+ years of supervisory and project management experience, and strong communication skills.
