Apply analytical problem-solving and customer-focused selling as a remote Mortgage Specialist with Manulife Bank in Ontario. Travel within an assigned territory is required.

This Mortgage Specialist sells Manulife Bank financial solutions directly to clients and with financial advisors. You will use banking knowledge, relationship management, and consultative selling to understand needs, present lending solutions, and support broader financial goals. The role is 100% commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Manulife One and Manulife Bank Select solutions
• Develop a consumer client base for lending sales
• Deliver solutions efficiently and direct business appropriately
• Identify product and service improvement opportunities
• Build advisor interest in debt management solutions

Requirements:

• High performance record in a busy sales environment
• Successful cold call sales experience
• Three to five years residential mortgage underwriting experience
• Five or more years financial services experience preferred
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
