Remote Mortgage Support Specialist

Porch Group is seeking a Mortgage Representative to provide customer care to established customers and mortgage companies. You will handle policy documents, verify coverage, accept payments, and answer questions.

This remote role is employed via RemoFirst in Colombia with day-to-day leadership from Porch Group. The Mortgage Representative supports customer satisfaction by preparing correspondence and fulfilling needs, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.
