Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote 3-month contract position, collaborating with customers during onboarding, activation, and platform adoption. You will act as a technical resource throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding sessions, deploying VM collectors and telemetry, guiding network configuration (IP, DNS, firewall), supporting API integrations and migrations, and troubleshooting issues with internal teams as needed.
