Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote 3-month contract. You will lead onboarding sessions with customer IT teams, deploy and configure platform integrations, and guide customers through networking and security requirements during onboarding and activation.

You will troubleshoot onboarding challenges, support API integrations and cloud migrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer onboarding experience across the lifecycle.
