Remote Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Specialist

Focus Cloud is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM - Recruiting Consultant for a permanent role in the West Midlands, UK (mostly remote). You will implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR within a large enterprise, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and deployment.

Responsibilities include configuring job requisitions, CSP, career sites and security, integrating ORC with Core HR, and supporting end-to-end recruitment from requisition to hire.
