Remote Outbound Financial Services Specialist

CIBC in Vancouver is seeking an Outbound Financial Services Representative to engage clients with product recommendations that help them reach their financial goals. You’ll operate in a fast-paced contact centre and share knowledge of campaigns with clients through outbound calls.

You’ll provide information and resolution to client issues while working from home under the model, with the expectation to attend the Vancouver location within two hours when required.
