Remote Patient Access & Intake Specialist

Legion Health is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support patients during the earliest stages of care. This strictly non-clinical role focuses on warm patient onboarding, clear communication, and efficient navigation through intake, scheduling, and insurance processes.

You will communicate with U.S.-based patients daily, document conversations for care teams, and escalate questions to the appropriate clinical or operational owner while maintaining patient privacy and empathy.
